Thanksgiving Dinner

Nov 17, 2021

Hi everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that Shenanigans will be featuring a brand new cocktail for the Thanksgiving Dinner on this Saturday afternoon. And it’s perfect match for your Turkey dinner, too!

Norm Schoch and I taste tested the recipe recently and I must tell you, we really liked it a lot! You never knowifa new drink recipe will end up being served until the taste test is given a top passing score. This one got a ‘A+’ score! I’ll be sure to have it available for you on future events, that’s how good it is! I’m calling it a ‘Shenanigan Mule’and it’s made with‘Top Shelf’ ingredients, but‘Crazy old Al’ is going to let you try it for the low price of $3.00 on Saturday. Twist my arm and show me you love it too and I might just make that it’s regular price; crazy, huh.

We will have the effervescent team of Norm & Renee on the Specialty Bar serving the ‘Shenanigan Mule’for you, cheers everyone!

In case you wondered about what a Mule drink happens to be, there are many versions including the ‘Moscow Mule,’ the key ingredient of a Mule is Ginger Beer and that does not translate to everyday ginger ale, too. Ours features Cock ‘n Bull Ginger BeerCaptain Morgan Spiced Rum, and 100% Real Cranberry Juice. Cranberries and Thanksgiving belong together, right? Now these three key ingredients belong together and I bet most of you will agree with me after the first sip.(You cranberry haters may ask our Mixologists to make you something else and I’ll look the other way, okay.)🙃

Please note, there is a slight change in some of the timing previously mentioned for Saturday’s dinner. Just ignore whatever I wrote days ago, I don’t have a clue how I got so mixed up on the times. My understanding now is that dinner will start at 5:30 pm instead of 6:00 pm; that means Shenanigans will open at 4:30 pm, one half hour earlier instead of 5:00 pm. Bottom line we at Shenanigans will have a full hour to serve you before dinner time. Speaking of which, dinner that is, I am asking the bartenders to close the bar for a short while so that they may have their Thanksgiving Dinner with their mates and the rest of you at the same time. We will reopen for you after their dinner. I hope you will support me on this courtesy to them.

See you on Saturday,

Gobble gobble guys!
