Hi folks, it’s that pesky Al again!
Just one more friendly reminder about the Pot Luck Brunch coming up on Saturday the 18th at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This is a new event for me, perhaps for you as well. We’ve had pot luck dinners often, but I can’t recall one for brunch. Sounds kinda fun to me. I wonder what will you bring? Perhaps the Teddy Bear Luncheon gave us a big clue, maybe not! Will it be breakfast or lunch, hence brunch, duh! I’m rooting for breakfast, that’ll be awesome for me. Well, it’s not about me, it’s about Shenanigans right now.
We only have two bar events left for the year, the Brunch and the New Years Eve Party. What a way to say goodbye to one more year to try and forget, good luck with that! Hey, off the soapbox, huh!
So, I figured, well my iPhone Weather app figured for me, that it will be on the coolish side out and perhaps I should think about warm beverages to feature. And it’s early in the day, not too unheard of to have a cup of Joe with some adult flavorings, right? Ya I thought you’d feel that way, too.
So, I’ll bring out the glass coffee cups again, and see that we have some Irish Cream, Kahlúa, and Rum Chata available for you. Maybe something a little stronger? Just ask us. Maybe it’s a Bloody Mary on your mind, we can do that, too. I almost hate to say this, a Mimosa? Perhaps, although we will be serving FREE champagne toasts on New Years Eve; I don’t want you to tire of the bubbly before then though.
Well, you’ve got at least one more alert coming about New Years Eve Party from me yet. It’s a long party night for us so we will do our best to make it fun and tasty for you. As soon as I figure out what tasty enough is, I’ll get back to you!
