I have been asked so often,“Why don’t we use bottled wine?” The answer is simple, we are not open for business often enough. Plus, we need wine that can be stored safely, let alone how would we store any open bottles. However… ask that question often enough and I’m gonna do something, hopefully not too crazy; you can ignore the ‘crazy’ for now.
After a recent discussion with our Squad members, I’m moving forward with two Premium Wines at $5.00 as a trial option for you coming up on July 23. I picked a Clos du Bois Chardonnay and a Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon for our first venture into premium wines. If this is something you would like to support us at Shenanigans, please ask Colleen at our ticket table that you’d like to try a premium wine. If this is successful, we could consider trying differing brands and varieties in the future; perhaps a Sauvignon Blanc and a Merlot combination.
Lastly on this subject, we are NOT discontinuing our regular box wines or their pricing. Premium wines are under consideration to compliment the premium liquors we offer as well. You will be seeing another email discussing the Happy 2 Hours coming up on Saturday the 23rd, it’s gonna be another HUGE event!
