Several residents have reported multiple coyote sightings/encounters all over the park lately. According to animal control, the coyotes are cold, hungry and it’s mating season. Wildlife Services has been contacted and something will be done. One of our residents encountered 5 coyotes this morning in the greenbelt area around Daisy and Astronaut. They have also been seen on Alden and Oak Lakes among other areas. Please be careful when walking your pets and do not let your pets out alone in your yard. Also, DO NOT FEED ANY ANIMALS OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY ATTRACT OTHER WILDLIFE INCLUDING THE COYOTES.
