Hi everyone, it’s Al from Shenanigans again.
Allow me to welcome you to our first hopefully annual BBQ POTLUCK Event hosted by the Social Committee tomorrow afternoon. Shenanigans is happy to be a part of the themed event and we will have a few “Special Cocktails” available for you to enjoy.

Our Signature Bar (which will not feature Mr. & Mrs. Margaritaville, Norm and Renee, since they are languishing in Honolulu at this time), so, you are gonna be stuck with me. Yes, I actually have been known to work once in a while, haha. I’ve picked the “Hot August Nights ~ Sunset Cocktail” to make for you at our satellite bar. It’s guaranteed to quench your thirst after one-to-many Deviled Eggs from the buffet line.
The main bar has a few ‘Top Shelf Cocktails’ they’d like to offer as well. Too many to include here in this letter, but I did pick one of my favorites for you. Also, Gus our Mixologist said, he’d like to continue to offer the ‘Dragon Bite’s Cocktail’ he offered last time since it was a favorite, but he also has a couple more in mind, such as, ‘Golden Cadillac’ and the ‘Havana Sidecar’.

If there is any confusion as to the BBQ Theme of this Potluck event, you don’t need to drag your old BBQ Grill along with you to the potluck, no, it’s not needed. The idea which I thought was original and certainly fun, is to bring a dish that you might bring to a BBQ your neighbor invited you to attend. That could be just about anything, right? Now, if you intend to bring a ‘Tomahawk Rib Eye Steak’ with you, call me and I’ll be sure to be first in line to critique your barbecue dry rub and effectiveness. 😂 Otherwise, I do love me a great tasting potato salad, especially the German kind. And I’m a Sicilian-Italian American, go figure!
So, don’t get confused, bring whatever you’d like to share with your village neighbors. Unless, as I stated above, if it’s a ‘Tomahawk RibEye.’ I will forget my diet and skip the dessert table, too. Ha!
