Hey, this time it’s important though, really, it is. It’s Shenanigans’ sixth anniversary just a few days late. Actually, it was on April 5th, 2019, when we had our very first Happy 2 Hours and here we are still here having fun. Well, we do try hard. So, this time the anniversary is falling upon our Karaoke Open Mic Event. I hope you know that I would never cancel Karaoke to have an anniversary celebration, we are just gonna wrap it all up in one big fun bundle.
The first thing is I’m so happy to announce something that’s gonna change for good: NO MORE $5.00 TICKETS FOR PIZZA KARAOKE! See, that’s a present we all can get behind. Shenanigans Bar hosts Karaoke Open Mic events with DJs Sam and Brian three times a year, and from now on, it’s gonna be on us! Since it’s a Happy2Hours, the appetizers are FREE, sometimes it will be pizza, sometimes it will be something delicious from the Kitchen Magicians, but it will always be FREE! That’s worth a knuckle punch, right?
You might ask, since this Saturday, April 12th is our 6th anniversary, what do we have planned in addition to the Karaoke? I’m glad you asked. Diane and her Kitchen Magicians are creating a big Wing Ding affair in flavors everyone loves! What goes nicely with wings? Diane’s fresh veggie platter and her famous Dilly Dip, what an awesome combination. I know they have some surprises for us, because they said so, but they won’t tell me because I’ll just blab it out right here. And there goes their surprise. Well, Saturday is only a few days away.
To have as much time allotted for Karaoke, our Cocktails and Appetizers will be available right from the 4 pm start; talk about the pressure now placed on both the bar and kitchen! Can a Bar Manager be impeached, I hope not!
Since it’s our anniversary, I figured I better come up with a Special $3.00 Themed Cocktail from the Signature Bar too. I’ve named it, “Shenanigans Dreamsicle.” If you remember the ice cream treat called a Creamsicle, you’ll know that was the flavor I was aiming for. I think you’ll love it, well, I hope so, I hate being wrong.Our Dreamsicle features Smirnoff’s Vanilla Vodka, and a whole bunch of other tasty stuff! Of course, if that’s not good enough, we can make a regular or non-alcoholic cocktail at the Main Bar for you anytime, or maybe a can of soda will work.
I guess I covered it all for now. Everyone at Shenanigans hopes you’ll join us on Saturday April 12th from 4 to 6, maybe a little bit longer? That’s something we have been talking about for some future events.
