At the last association meeting I proposed a minor change to the Bylaws. I requested an addition to the board requirements.. When we reviewed the Bylaws we neglected to note that a quorum of 5 members of the board must be present to transact a a meeting. I have requested this change. We will be voting on this issue at the May association meeting. Please attend.
