This time it’s everyone’s favorite, “Happy2Hour Baked Potato Bar night!” Wow, my mouth is watering just writing about this, let alone the difficulty of trying to say all that in one breath!I may not have the best memory in the village, no, I definitely do not! However, these appetizers have a special spot in whatever is left of my memory banks! Diane and her Kitchen Magicians will once again tantalize our collective taste buds with toppings worthy of a baked potato.For those who are new to this event, these are not just hollowed out potato skins, no sir, they are one-half of a baked potato ready to be covered over with the toppings of your choice. Okay, I hav’ ta stop writing about this now, drooling is just not pretty!
Shenanigans Signature Bar Host Norm Schoch suggested to me that the best spirit to match with potatoes would be Vodka, since many vodkas are made from potatoes.So, I came up with a brand-new cocktail for you and named it,“Shenanigan Breeze.” It will have some ingredients that we’ve never used before and that’s all I’m gonna say for now. Come join us on Saturday and you’ll see what makes up this cocktail. I’m willing to bet it’s going to be a new favorite cocktail, and we will offer it again.
We all hope to see you on Saturday March 29th at 4:00 pm, the normal starting time for Happy2Hours and the appetizers will be available from 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm. If you miss this one, you’ll need to wait a whole year before the Baked Potato Bar returns, just saying, think about it.
