IMPORTANT – Skunk seen in the area.

A skunk has been seen wandering in the area of Wake Forest and Lake Tree Lanes. It is highly unusual to see skunks during the daytime unless they’re injured or sick.

Management has called Animal Control and they will be here sometime today. Until they arrive, if you see the skunk be sure to call the office and let them know where you saw it so they can inform Animal Control when they get here. Also, of course, stay away from the animal, just report its location. The office number is 916-729-0460.
