The Board of Directors would like to make you aware that the owners of Lakeview Village have received an unsolicited offer to purchase the Park.
At this time, we have no knowledge of the details of the offer other than the dollar amount disclosed in the letter included with this communication.
Please do not contact the Lakeview Village office regarding this matter, as the office has no additional information concerning the offer at this time.
The Board of Directors is making inquiries to obtain additional information and better understand the circumstances surrounding the offer. As soon as we have meaningful information to share, we will provide an update through this platform.
Bessire and Casenhiser have simply shared the unsolicited offer with us. At this time, there is no reason for residents to be concerned about their space contracts or rent as a result of this offer.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we gather additional information. We will keep you informed as more information becomes available.

Mr. Bales:
Please be advised that this letter is being delivered to you as President of The Lakeview Villagers Association, Incorporated (the “Association”) to notify the Association that the owner of the Park, Lakeview Gold 101305 LP, a California limited partnership (“Lakeview Gold”), has received an unsolicited offer from a publicly-traded company (the “Company”) to purchase the partnership interests in Lakeview Gold in exchange, in part, for securities of the Company valued at $120, 190,000 (the “Offer”).
Notice of the Offer is being provided as a courtesy. Lakeview Gold does not believe that it is required to provide this notice under California law, nor pursuant to any agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Association is ready, willing, and able to purchase the partnership interests in Seller pursuant to terms materially identical to the Offer, please deliver a written offer to Daniel F. Archer, Esq. at darcher@kaglaw.net within thirty (30) days after the date of this letter.
The terms and conditions contained in this letter are strictly confidential and should not be disclosed or shared with any third party except the members of the Association.
